About Christian Lockhart

This is where operational discipline meets recruiting.

Christian Lockhart

Christian Lockhart works with college basketball programs to improve how recruiting and roster decisions are made in today’s high-pressure environment. His focus is on helping staffs identify inefficiencies, reduce costly mistakes, and build rosters with greater intention.

His approach is built on over 20 years of experience in continuous improvement and operational performance. As a Six Sigma certified leader, Christian has applied disciplined methods to identify what creates value, eliminate what does not, and implement systems that produce measurable results.

Throughout his career, this work has led to millions of dollars in cost savings and performance gains across complex operations. That same thinking now applies directly to college basketball, where roster decisions carry both competitive and financial consequences.

He co-founded and led an NCAA-certified scouting service and later built Sports EyeQ, a platform designed to bring structure and consistency to how players are evaluated and how rosters are constructed. These experiences reflect a consistent focus on improving how programs make decisions—especially in environments shaped by the transfer portal and NIL.

Today, that experience is applied through direct work with programs. The objective is simple: identify where value is being lost, understand what it is costing, and create a more structured approach to how decisions are made moving forward.
