Intellectual Property Protection Users of Sports EyeQ, LLC resources, including but not limited to the EyeQ Analyzer, agree to the following: 1. No Unauthorized Use: Users shall not engage in any activities that involve the unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Sports EyeQ, LLC’s intellectual property, including software, algorithms, and any proprietary code associated with the EyeQ Analyzer. 2. No Reverse Engineering: Users expressly acknowledge that attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the EyeQ Analyzer or associated code is strictly prohibited. 3. Payment and Subscription Terms By subscribing to Sports EyeQ, LLC services through www.SportsEyeQ.com, you agree to the following payment and subscription terms: Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through www.SportsEyeQ.com. Payments for subscriptions are automatically charged against the credit card on file at the interval selected during the initial purchase. Cancellation: Subscribers who chose the monthly option may cancel their subscription after one year of continuous membership. Subscribers who chose the yearly option may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, all access to the services and data entered will be immediately terminated. No Refunds: Sports EyeQ, LLC does not provide refunds for subscription fees. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. Access Termination: Upon cancellation, whether due to the completion of the one-year commitment for monthly subscribers or at any time for yearly subscribers, access to the services and any data entered will be terminated, and the subscriber will no longer have access to the platform. By subscribing to Sports EyeQ, LLC services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these payment and subscription terms. Sports EyeQ, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities found in violation of these terms, seeking damages and injunctive relief.

Late Payment and Access Termination If a monthly subscription payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, access to Sports EyeQ, LLC services will be immediately terminated until the total amount owed is paid and brought up to date. In the event of late payment, Sports EyeQ, LLC reserves the right to take legal action to recover restitution for the remaining period of 12 months less the time previously paid. Additionally, the subscriber may be responsible for any additional fees incurred by Sports EyeQ, LLC to recoup the outstanding fees. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid service interruption. By subscribing to Sports EyeQ, LLC services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these late payment and access termination terms.

Prospect (Student-athlete) Data Entry Permissions and Authorizations By entering prospect information into the Sports EyeQ, LLC platform, the party directly entering the prospect information acknowledges that they are fully authorized to enter the information and further acknowledge that Sports EyeQ, LLC will share access to the information only with college coaches and/or independent scouting agencies who are authorized to enter the Sports EyeQ, LLC platform to retrieve the information. Sports EyeQ, LLC is not responsible and does not claim to represent any mishandling of the prospect’s information by any party who gained access to the information.
