• When evaluating, should we consider players' stats?

    Certainly! Stats are indicative of WHAT the prospect has accomplished. However, when making decisions on a potential prospect and only pointing to stats, the highest level of confidence you can achieve is “I think this is the right decision.” No matter how good it looks on paper, it does not mean it is a great fit.

    The eyes have it! The most successful coaches will tell you they trust their eyes. What they see initiates HOW they feel about a prospect.
